Event Registration
General Registration begins March 15th, 2024 at 9 AM EST

General Registration is $800 and includes:

The entry fee for one boat (including captain and mate)
-
Slip reservation at Waterside Marina for Friday & Saturday night (with Sunday morning departure)
-
Captain gift and two Tip of the Spear event shirts
-
Entry for the captain and mate to Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch at the Smithfield Station, and the Saturday evening banquet at the Harbor Club - Waterside

Additional riders may be added for $200 each which includes entry to all above events and an event shirt

Please see below for hotel block information and click here for the event schedule & run map. Registration fees are due at the time of registration and are not refundable. There is no waiting list for the event. Due to sponsors having early access to event registration, the number of general registration tickets is based upon the number of sponsor registrations and the total marina capacity of 55 boats. aDDITIONAL Riders
Additional crew are welcome to join in for $200 per person; registered by the captain. Additional crew count and payment are due no later than May 20, 2024. This fee covers running the poker run with the assigned captain, Saturday lunch, and Saturday evening awards banquet, bar and auction.
Hotel
rooms
We have secured a block of rooms at the Hilton Norfolk - The Main Hotel. Once you are registered for the event, we will send out hotel block information so you can take advantage of the block discount.

With the hotel block discount, rooms will be $239 with a 2 night minimum stay (June 28-30th). More hotel information is available here.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Being that this is a nonprofit, fundraising event, cancellations are not accepted and no-shows will not receive refunds.
